I have an extremely unique approach to diet and nutrition.

After multiple deployments eating MRE's (meal ready to eat) and anything I could get my hands on to get some calories, I noticed a huge difference in my performance and overall well-being when I changed my diet. 

As a species, humans started eating the Paleo way about 2.5 million years ago. It wasn't until about 10,000 years ago that we drastically changed our diets as a result of the start of grain and legume cultivation. On a historical timeline, that's not much time for evolution to catch up with us, meaning our bodies are still most adept at eating the way we USED to eat: meat, vegetables, fruits, and some nuts and seeds. 

We have replaced wholesome, clean plant matter and animal foods with a high carbohydrate, low nutrient, high toxic chemical diet and we've gotten sick. We've shrunken in size and our bones are prone to osteoporosis while the rates of cancer, obesity and diabetics have skyrocketed. Not to mention the alarming incidence of heart disease, inflammation and skin problems. We are prone to illness and disease in a way our Paleolithic ancestors were not. 

In short, your body is going to perform at peak levels if you are fueling it the correct way.

The foods you eat are your fuel; the better you eat, the better your body will run for you. It's that simple; It's PRIMAL.

I am incredibly experienced when it comes to meal prep and planning. After an initial assessment of your current eating habits and ultimate nutrition goals, we will work together to formulate a meal plan that works for you. Additionally, I can be available to do a first run-through of HOW to shop for groceries, what to look for in terms of nutritional value, and what to have in your kitchen as essentials. 

Meal prep on a weekly basis is a training program add-on.
